Background Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapies have revolutionized oncology, but identifying patients who benefit remains a challenge, particularly in populations where ICIs are not the standard of care, including microsatellite stable colorectal cancer (MSS CRC) and rare solid cancers.
