Background. CLEC10A (CD301) is widely used as a marker of CD1c-positive conventional type 2 dendritic cells (cDC2). Whether it carries prognostic information in neuroblastoma has not been examined, and what it marks inside tumour myeloid cells has not been separated from the artefacts that dominate marker-positive versus marker-negative comparisons. Methods. CLEC10A and overall survival were analysed in three neuroblastoma cohorts (920 tumours) using MYCN-stratified Cox models and random-effects meta-analysis, with a Knapp-Hartung sensitivity analysis. In the GSE147766 immune-cell atlas, CLEC1
