Developing and piloting a discrete choice experiment to assess stakeholder preferences for community-based exercise programmes after stroke

Abstract Background Community-based exercise may support physical and cognitive recovery after stroke, but the preferences of stakeholders involved in receiving, supporting and delivering these programmes are poorly understood. This study piloted a discrete choice experiment (DCE) that aimed to evaluate stroke survivors, carers, clinicians, and fitness instructors preferences for community-based exercise programmes for stroke survivors.
